 Veg Spring Roll

 



material:

 To make a rapper


 • Maida - 100 grams (one cup)


 To make a letter.  ,


 • Cabbage - 200 grams ( 1 cup finely chopped)

 • Paneer - 100 grams ( cup crumbled)

 • Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)

 • Ginger - 1/2 inch long piece (grated)

 • Black pepper - less than a quarter teaspoon

 • Red chili - less than 1/4 tsp (if you like spicy food)

 • Ajino Moto - less than a quarter tsp

 • Soya Saas - 1 tsp

 • Salt - as per taste (a quarter tsp)

 • Oil - for frying spring rolls.


 process:

 • Sieve the flour in a vessel, make a thin smooth batter with the help of water (it takes a little less than one and a half cups of water to make one cup of flour solution).  Keep the batter covered for 1 hour so that the flour swells well.  If we make wrappers from this batter immediately, then the wrappers may burst while filling the stuffing.


 Now let's prepare the pithi for filling inside the spring roll:-


 • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.  Add green chili, ginger, chopped cabbage and paneer, fry for 1 minute, add black pepper, red chili, ajinomoto, soy sauce and salt and mix well.  Pitthi is ready to be filled in rolls.


 • Make wrappers for spring rolls:-


 Keep the nonstick tawa on heat, pour a little oil on the hot tawa and spread the oil on the tawa with a napkin paper with light hands all around.  The tawa should not be too hot.  Pour a spoonful of batter on the tawa and with the help of a spoon spread a thin cheela like (wrapper) on the pan by applying light pressure.  Let it cook on low flame, when the upper surface of the wrapper changes color and the sides start coming out of the pan, then lift the wrapper and place it on the oiled plate.


 • Place 2 spoon pithi on top of the wrapper placed on the plate and spread the pitthi thin in length.  Fold the wrapper a little from both the right and left sides while covering the pith, now make a roll by folding it from above.  Put the prepared roll in a plate and prepare the second roll in the same way, prepare all the rolls and keep it (about 8 rolls are made from one cup of all purpose flour)


 • We can cell fry and deep fry Veg Spring Rolls.
