• Potatoes — 5-6 medium sized
• Brad —12
• Coriander powder - 1 tsp
• Garam masala - 1/4 tsp

process:
• Wash the potatoes and fill them in the cooker and put them on the gas to boil. Peel the boiled potatoes after they cool down and chop them finely.
• Put a big spoon of oil in the pan and heat it, when the oil becomes hot, add green chili, ginger and coriander powder and fry it, put potatoes and add mango powder, garam masala and salt and mix well, make rolls. For masala potatoes are ready, turn off the fire. When the potatoes mixed with spices cool down, divide them into 12 equal parts, give each a cylindrical shape and keep it in a plate.
• Cut off the edge of the bread with the help of a knife. Prepare all the breads in the same way.
• Take half a cup of water in a plate and take out a bread by dipping it in water, place the bread soaked in water on the palm, by pressing with the other palm, remove the water from the bread, now a cylindrical potato on top of it Keep those prepared from it and fold the bread and close the potato roll by pressing it well from all sides. In this way, prepare all the potato rolls by putting them in a bread and keep them on a plate.
• Put oil in a pan and heat it, take 2-3 rolls ready and put them in hot oil and fry them until they turn brown with a ladle. Take out the fried bread rolls and place them on a napkin placed in a plate. Prepare all the rolls by frying them in the same way.
• Serve hot bread rolls with green coriander chutney or sweet chutney.
