Kanda Poha Reciepe

 Kanda Poha

 material:

 • Cumin 1 tsp

 • Rye 1 tsp

 • Curry Pattar 4-5

 • Green Chillies 2

 • Onion 2

 • Turmeric powder tsp

 • 2 cups chickpeas

 • Coconut cup (grated)

 • Sugar tsp

 • Oil 1 tsp

 • Green Coriander 2 tsp

 • Salt to taste


 process:

 • Heat oil in a pan, then season it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.


 • After that add chopped green chilies and chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes.


 • After that add poha, salt, turmeric and sugar, cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.


 • After this, add grated coconut and green coriander at the end and cook again covered on low flame for 3-4 minutes.  Get your Kande 3 Poha ready.
