Veg Manchurian

 

Veg Manchurian
material:
• Cabbage - 2 cups (grated)
• Carrot - 1 cup (grated)
• Capsicum - 1 grated
• Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
• Black pepper - 2 pinch
• Corn Flour - 4-5 tbsp
• Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
• Ajinomoto - 2 pinches (optional)
• Salt - as per taste (half tsp)
• Green Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped
• Oil - for frying Manchurian hair
• Oil - 2 tbsp
• Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated)
• Green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped)
• Corn Flour 2-3 tbsp
• Soya Saas - 1 tbsp
• Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
• Chilli Saas - 1/2 - 1 tsp
• Vegetable stock - 1 cup
• Sugar - 1/2 - 1 tsp
• Ajinomoto - 2 Pinch
• Salt - as per taste (half tsp)
• Vinegar - 1 tsp
• Green Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped

process:

 • Boil the grated vegetables lightly - put 1 cup of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling.  Put the vegetables in boiling water and cover and boil for 3 minutes, the vegetables are not very soft.  When the vegetables cool down, sieve them and press the water out of the vegetables, that is, take out the vegetable stock and keep it aside, we will use this vegetable stock to make Manchurian sauce and make Manchurian hair from vegetables.


 • Add chopped green chillies, black pepper, cornflour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, green coriander and salt to the lightly boiled vegetables and mix well.  Take out the mixture little by little and make small balls (equal to a small lemon) and keep them in a plate.


 • Put oil in a pan and heat it, put a Manchurian hair in hot oil for frying, if this hair is bursting and falling apart in the oil, then add 1-2 tablespoons of cornflour to the mixture and mix it well.  Make your hair ready.  Put 5-6 Manchurian hairs in hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown, take them out in a plate.  Fry all the Manchurian hairs like this and take them out.  Manchurian hair is ready, now we will make Manchurian mother-in-law for them.


 • Make mother-in-law :-


 Put oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add ginger, green chilies, fry a little, in the roasted spices, fry the soya-sass, tomato-sass, spices lightly.


 • Dissolve the corn starch in the vegetable stock till the lumps disappear, pour the batter into the spices, when it comes to a boil, add chilli sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and ajinomoto.  Also add green coriander and mix, after the Manchurian Tari comes to a boil, let the Tari cook on low flame for 2 minutes.  Put the manchurian hair in the curry and cook it for 1-2 minutes.


 • Indo Chinese Veg Manchurian (Vegetable Manchurian - Indian Chinese Dish) is ready, serve hot and relish eating.

• In Veg Manchurian, if you want the taste of onion and garlic, then peel 1 onion and 5-6 cloves of garlic and cut them finely, and after heating the oil, first add finely chopped onion and garlic, fry the onion until it becomes transparent, ginger  Make Veg Manchurian by adding all the spices, green chilies in the above manner.
