Veg Cutlet Recipe

 Veg cutlet

 material:

 • All purpose flour - 1/4 cup

 • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp

 • Potato - 4-5 (boiled)

 • Carrot-1 (grated)

 • Capsicum-1 (finely chopped)

 • Cabbage - cup (finely chopped)

 Cauliflower - cup (finely chopped)

 • Green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped)

 • Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated)

 • Green Coriander - cup (finely chopped)

 • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

 • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp

 • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

 • Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp

 • Salt - as per taste

 • Bread - 6

 • Oil - for frying


 process:

 • Mix half a cup of water and mix the flour well and make a thin and smooth batter.  Add black pepper and salt to taste and mix.


 • Make a powder by grinding the bread with a mixer.


 • Peel the potatoes, break the peeled potatoes finely with your hands, add all the chopped vegetables and spices, add half the bed powder and mix all the ingredients well.  Pitthi is ready for making Veg Cutlets.


 • Take out a little pith from the pith with the help of fingers, by pressing with hand, prepare the cutlet by giving it a round or oval shape, take out this cutlet by dipping it in the flour mixture and now wrap it well in the bread sawdust.  Prepare all the cutlets in the same way, keep them in a plate.


 • Put oil in a pan and heat it.  Put 3-4 cutlets one by one in the hot oil and fry, when the cutlets turn brown from both the sides, spread the paper towel on the plate, take out the fried cutlets from the pan and place them on it.  Prepare all the cutlets in the same way.


 • If you do not want to eat more oil, then these veg cutlets can be cell-fry using a little oil on the pan.

 • Veg cutlets are ready.  Serve hot veg cutlets with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce and eat.


 • You can remove any vegetable for Veg cutlet according to your taste or you can make any other vegetable by putting it in it, if you like onion, then chop it and add it too.
