Sevai Upma Recipe

 Sevai Upma

 material:

 2 cups roasted vermicelli

 • cup peas

 • 2-3 green chilies

 • 1 onion finely chopped

 • 1 carrot finely chopped

 • cup medium sized cabbage pieces

 • A quarter teaspoon mustard seeds

 • 1 tomato finely chopped

 • 2 tsp green coriander finely chopped

 • 2 tbsp oil

 • 1 tbsp sauce

 • Salt to taste


 process:

 • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then add finely chopped onions, when the onions are pink, add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes are cooked, add green chillies, peas, carrots, cabbage, cook it halfway, add salt and macaroni to it.  give |


 • Roast for some time, add a cup of water and sauce, cook on low flame till the water dries up.

 • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
