Potato Poha

 Potato Poha

 material:

 • Poha - 2 cups

 • Potato - 2 boiled

 • Onion - 1

 • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

 • Green chili paste - 1 tsp

 • Sugar - 1 tsp

 • salt to taste

 • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

 • Rye - 1 tsp

 • Asafoetida - a pinch

 • Coriander leaves - 2 tsp

 • Oil - 1 tsp


 process:

 • Wash the poha and keep it aside for some time.

 • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.

 • As soon as mustard starts spluttering, add chopped onion and let it cook for 5 minutes.

 • Then add ginger and green chili paste to it.

 • After cooking it for a few minutes, put boiled potatoes in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.

 • Now add poha, salt, lemon and sugar to it.

 • Mix and cook for five minutes and sprinkle chopped coriander.

 • Switch off the flame and serve hot poha.
