Poha Cutlets Recipe

 Poha Cutlets

 material:

 • Poha: 1 cup

 • Potatoes: 1/2 cup boiled and mashed

 • Green peas : 1/2 cup boiled

 • Yogurt: 2 tbsp

 • Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

 • Green chili: 1/2 chopped

 • Ginger: 1 tbsp

 • Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp

 • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp

 • Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp

 • Coriander Powder: 1 tsp

 • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp finely chopped

 • Salt : 1 tsp or as per taste

 • Oil: 2 cups for frying.


 process:

 • Take the poha in a vessel and wash it well with water.


 • Boil the potato, cool it and mash it well with your hands.

 • Boil green peas also.


 • To make ginger and chili paste, peel ginger and take it in a mixer jar and add chopped chilies to it and make a very fine paste of it.


 • In a large bowl mix boiled and mashed potatoes, ginger chilli paste, soaked poha and boiled green peas.

 • Now add curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and salt as per taste.

 • Mix all the ingredients well.


 • Add fresh green coriander leaves to this mixture and mix it too.

 • Make equal portions of the poha patis mixture and give it the shape of a patty.


 • Heat 2 cups of oil in a pan.

 • When the oil becomes hot, slowly drop the poha patties in the oil.


 • Fry this patties till it turns light golden in color.

 • Take out the fried poha patties in a kitchen paper napkin and let it soak up more oil.


 • Serve this hot and delicious Poha Pattis with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
