Pizza Recipe

 Pizza

 material:

 • All purpose flour - 2 cups

 • Olive oil - 2 tbsp

 • Salt - tsp (according to taste)

 • Sugar - 1 tsp

 • Instant Dry Active Yeast - 1 tsp, leveled

 • Capsicum - 1

 • Baby Corn - 3

 • Pizza Sauce - cup

 • Mozzarella cheese - cup

 • Italian Mix Herbs - tsp


 process:

 • Sieve the flour in a vessel, add dry instant yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar and mix.  Mix all the things well, and with the help of lukewarm water knead a chapati-like dough, after applying the dough, knead the dough by mashing it for 5-7 minutes till it becomes smooth.

 Knead the dough, apply oil in a bowl, cover and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours, in such a time the dough becomes double in size.  Dough is ready to make pizza.


 • Prepare the toppings for the pizza:-


 Cut the capsicum and remove the seeds and cut it lengthwise thinly.  Round the baby corn into half a cm.  Cut the pieces, and put the vegetables on the pan, while stirring with a spoon for 2 minutes, soften them slightly.

 • Take half the dough for pizza and make round balls, with the help of dry flour, make the dough 1/2 cm in diameter of 10-12 inches.  Prepare thick pizza by rolling it.


 • Put a tawa or pan on the gas and heat it lightly, if the pan is not nonstick, then put some oil on the pan to cook the pizza, and cover it and cook it for 2 minutes or till it turns light brown from the bottom side of the pizza.  Keep the fire low.


 • Flip the pizza, make the gas very low and put the topping on the pizza.  First of all, apply a thin layer of mother-in-law on the pizza, and now put capsicum and baby corn at a distance.  Put mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.


 • Cover the pizza and let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pizza base turns brown from the bottom.  Keep checking the pizza every 2 minutes.
