Pav Bhaji Recipe

 Pav Bhaji

 material:

 • 6 medium sized potatoes

 • 1/2 cup peas

 • 1 finely chopped capsicum

 • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage

 • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

 • 2 large onions, finely chopped

 • 1-1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

 • 1 tsp red chilli powder

 • 1 tbsp lemon juice

 • Green coriander finely chopped

 • Salt to taste

 • Pav Bhaji Masala as per taste

 • Pav (a kind of bread)

 • 2 tbsp oil and some butter


 process:

 • Boil potatoes, peel and mash them.


 • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till they turn pink.


 • Add ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, dry ground red chilli and finely chopped tomatoes and fry till oil comes out.


 • Add finely chopped vegetables and mix well with salt and cook till soft.

 • Mix potatoes.  Fry well and prepare a mixture of all the vegetables with a ladle.


 • Thin it by adding water as required and let it simmer for five minutes.

 Take it down and mix lemon juice, butter and green coriander.


 • Cut the pav from the middle into two parts and put butter on the pan and bake it.
