Oatmeal Casserole (Daliya Pulav)

 Oatmeal Casserole

 material:

 • Plain oatmeal - made from 1 cup oatmeal

 • Oil - 2 tbsp

 • Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch

 • Cumin - tsp

 • Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)

 • Ginger - 1 inch long piece (finely chopped)

 • Peas - cup (peeled)

 Cauliflower - cup (finely chopped)

 • Carrot - cup (finely chopped)

 • Capsicum - cup (small chopped)

 • Tomato - cup (finely chopped)

 • Salt - as per taste

 • Green coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)


 process:

 • Put oil in a pan and heat it.


 • Put asafetida and cumin seeds in the oil.  After roasting cumin, add green chili, ginger and stir it lightly with a spoon.  Add green peas, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes till they remain crunchy, add salt and mix.


 • Now add porridge and half green coriander to these vegetables and mix them well.  Your Dalia Pulao is ready.


 • Take out the porridge pulao in a bowl and garnish with the remaining coriander leaves.


 • Serve hot with porridge, chutney or curd and eat.
