Moong Dal Vada Recipe

 Moong Dal Vada

 material:

 • Moong dal: 1 1/2 cups

 • Green Onions: 1/3 cup

 • Cumin : 1 tsp

 • Green Coriander : 1/4 cup

 • Green chili: 1 tsp or as desired

 • Ginger: 1 tsp

 • Salt : 1 tsp or as per taste

 • Oil: 3 cups for frying


 process:

 • Soak moong dal in water for two hours.


 • Finely chop green onion, green chili and coriander leaves.


 • Coarsely grind the soaked moong dal.


 • To make Moong Dal Vada-


 • Add the rest of the ingredients to the coarsely ground moong dal, such as, green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger, cumin, green onions and salt.  Now mix it well.


 • Now the cucumber for making moong dal is ready.


 • Heat oil in a kadhai for frying the vadas.


 • After the oil is hot, fry all the vadas one by one.

 • Tail the vada till the yak is not golden.  ,


 • Moong Dal Vada is ready to be served.

 • Serve hot moong dal vada with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
