 Lucknowi Nayab Patties

 material:

 • Large Garlic Bread

 • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

 • Tomatoes chopped - 1 cup

 • Cucumber chopped - 1 cup

 • Chopped Onion – 1 cup

 • Carrot chopped - 1/2 cup

 • Babycorn - 1/2 cup

 • Red chili - 1/2 tsp

 • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp

 • Coriander powder - 1 tsp

 • Mustard - 1/2 tsp

 • Roasted cumin - 1/2 tsp

 • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

 • Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp

 • Chaat masala - 1 tsp

 • Salt - as per taste

 • Oil or Ghee - 1 tsp.


 process:

 • Cut the garlic bread and keep aside.  Put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.  Add ginger-garlic paste and fry a little, then add onions and fry.  Add all the spices, salt except vegetables and chaat masala and let it cook on low flame for five minutes.


 • Turn off the gas and apply this masala by applying butter on a piece of garlic bread and put chaat masala on top and cook it in the oven at 180 centigrade for ten minutes.  If there is no oven, then gas can also be roasted in a tandoor or tawa.  You can also put cheese on top of it.
