Banana Cutlets
material:
• Raw Bananas - 4 -5 (400 grams)
• Potato - 2 -4
• Water chestnut or buckwheat flour (or gram flour) or corn flour - 2 -3 tbsp
• Saida salt (or common salt) - as per taste (1 tsp)
• Green chili - 1-2 finely chopped
• Ginger - 1 inch grated ginger piece
• Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
• Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Oil - for frying cutlets.
process:
• Wash the bananas thoroughly, cut off the stalks from both the sides, put the bananas in a separate vessel in the cooker and cook them in steam, or roast them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Boil the potatoes too.
• Peel off the banana and mash it, peel the potatoes, mash them or grate them.
• Put mashed or grated potatoes, bananas, salt, black pepper and green coriander in a vessel, mix well and make the mixture like a kneaded dough.
• Put a tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan and heat it and take out a little mixture by hand and flatten it by pressing it with your palms. Make four-five balls, flatten them, keep them in the pan for roasting. Fry the cutlets on both the sides until they turn brown and keep them in a plate, prepare all the cutlets by frying in the same way. Banana cutlets are ready.
• Deep fry the banana cutlets- To deep fry the cutlets, add 2 tablespoons of water or buckwheat flour to the mixture and mix.
• Put oil in a pan and heat it, break the dough equal to lemon from the mixture and make cutlets of your choice and put them in hot oil, 3-4 cutlets can be fried at a time, turn the cutlets and fry them till they turn brown. Take out the fried cutlets from the pan and place napkin paper on a plate, prepare all the cutlets by frying in the same way.
• Hot banana cutlets are ready, serve banana cutlets with fresh curd and green coriander chutney, sweet chutney and eat.
